PTFE CF25 (Polytetrafluoroethylene Carbon Fiber Filled 25%)

PTFE Carbon filled CF25  has improved dimensional stability with a lower coefficient of linear thermal expansion and higher deformation under load than Virgin PTFE. When compared to glass filled PTFE grades carbon filled grades are less abrasive to mating surfaces in bearing applications and can be used in strong alkali and in HF, where glass reinforced grades typically fail.
